The Autumn Edit

Autumn is when hair gets serious. The light changes, the air dries out, and the color that looked effortless in August starts asking for intention. Here's our seasonal edit: what to deepen, what to protect, and when to book.

**Richen, don't darken.** Fall color is about depth, not darkness. We take summer's brightness and add dimension back at the root, melting the line so grow-out stays graceful. Think candlelit rather than covered-up, the kind of richness that looks expensive because it is considered.

**Mind the texture shift.** Cooler air and indoor heat pull moisture from everything, including your hair, and extensions feel it first. This is the season to get serious about masks, about leave-ins, about not skipping the maintenance appointment because the calendar got busy. Dry hair doesn't hold color or blend as well; hydrated hair does everything better.

**Scalp care is fall care.** Healthy hair starts at the scalp, and the seasonal transition can leave scalps flaky, tight, or irritated. Gentle exfoliation, breathable products, and not going to bed with wet hair (ever, but especially now) go further than any serum.

**Book the season before it books you.** The holidays are our busiest weeks of the year, and they fill first. If you want to walk into Thanksgiving or a December wedding with hair that looks like you at your best, the consultation happens now, not the week before. Bridal trials for winter weddings should already be on the calendar.

Autumn rewards the planners. Come in, let's look at where your hair is after summer, and set it up to carry you beautifully through the season.
